ADMISSIONS: 

Current ACTIVE Student Re-Enrollment for the 2019-2020 School Year:

  1. Click on "Parent Portal" and log in your HeadMaster account.

    • Click the tab labeled "Enrollment", then choose "Re-Enrollment".

    • Your account will be charged the non-refundable and non-transferable Registration, Curriculum and Activity fee, once you hit Submit.

  2. Within your HeadMaster account,​

    • Click the tab labeled "​My Profile",

    • Click the student name, then update the contacts for the student and any medical contact information.

    • The school will receive the notice of the update.

  3. Download the Signature Registration Forms (fill out every page),  Food Program Form and the last page of the Handbook, and return it to the office by hand, fax or email. 

  4. Once all items are complete, you will receive a 2019-20 Welcome Letter within one week.

  5. If you have any questions please feel free to contact the office. Thank you!

  6. Turn in any medical forms from below that you may need (all long term medical forms need to be signed by the doctor and parent before we can accept any medication).

  1. Click on "Summer Packet", print and return to the school office.

  2. Your account will be charged the non-refundable and non-transferable Registration, Curriculum and Activity fee, once you submit your packet.​

New Student Registration for Summer Camp 2019 Only:

We use the HEADMASTER System​ to process enrollment and all tuition and fees. 

 

With the HeadMaster System, you choose for all fees to be automatically debited from your checking or savings account or charged to your credit card. 

(Please read carefully the terms presented by HeadMaster on the HeadMaster website for these options).  

  1. Apply Online

  2. Download, fill out and return the: 
    Signature Registration Forms,  Food Program Form and the last page of the Handbook to the school office; along with student proof of birth, parent (s) Identification and up-to-date Immunization & Physical record SIGNED by the doctor. (The Immunization record is due before the student can start, the Physical signed by the doctor can be turned in at time of registration or within 30 days from student start date).

  3. After applying online, you will receive an email within 3 business days with your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Sign into your account using your PIN to pay your non-refundable and non-transferable registration, curriculum and activity fees. (Your weekly tuition will be charged to your account the Friday before your start week or on your start date. Please review your financial contract for financial specifics.)

  4. Turn in any medical forms from below that you may need (all long term medical forms need to be signed by the doctor and parent before we can accept any medication).
